Site Engineer – Next Space Architecture (Calicut, Kerala)
Role Summary :
We are hiring a Site Engineer to oversee daily site execution, ensure quality and timely progress as per drawings, and coordinate between the design team, vendors, and contractors. The candidate will act as the on-ground representative of the firm, maintaining smooth workflow, accurate reporting, and safeguarding design intent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise site works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
- Ensure workmanship, finishes, and material usage meet specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for timely execution.
- Monitor daily progress, prepare reports with photos / checklists, and flag issues early.
- Conduct stage-wise readiness checks and ensure approvals before major works.
- Verify vendor materials and joint measurements for billing.
- Maintain proper site documentation (logs, reports, checklists).
Qualifications & Skills :
Location : Calicut (with readiness to travel outside Kerala if required)
Reporting To : Principal Architect
