Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Zoho and Tally professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students on Zoho Books and Tally Prime , ensuring they gain both practical knowledge on day to dat accosting activities.

You will play a key role in enhancing our internal capability and supporting client organizations in adopting technology-driven accounting and business management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Zoho (Books, CRM, One) and Tally Prime for our training division and clients.
• Develop structured training materials, manuals, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Assist in implementing Zoho and Tally solutions for clients, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and integrations in Zoho and Tally ecosystems.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with consultants to align training content with real-world business applications and compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ITR).
• Support the digital transformation initiatives of clients through ERP training and process optimization.
