Job Description :
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – IT Sales to drive business development and client engagement in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services or software sales. This is a client-facing role requiring regular on-site meetings and proactive relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new customer acquisition for cybersecurity solutions across industries in the Mumbai region.
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle – from lead generation and qualification to demo coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and other key decision-makers to identify cybersecurity pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver high-impact solution presentations and PoCs.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Travel regularly across NCR for client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Key Skills Required :
Experience in Cybersecurity Sales / IT Services Sales / Software Solution Sales.Strong understanding of the B2B enterprise sales process.Excellent communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.Self-driven with a strong sales mindset and ability to manage field sales independently.Show more
