About the role-

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing AI-based product development and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, Jira project management, and client communication, along with solid exposure to project documentation and delivery processes.

Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile / Scrum best practices.
• Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage sprints, and monitor deliverables.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, risk assessments, timelines, and reports.
• Identify potential risks or blockers and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
• Support the team by facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during internal and client calls.
