About the role :
The role requires the ability to understanding client business objectives with reference to cultures & sub-cultures and pivot these into appropriate consumer experience solutions. This will be enabled by a high degree of collaboration within the Hyperlink team to develop partnerships internally with Concept, Design, Innovation, Content and Productions teams.

Create and execute high quality events of all scales in collaboration with various teams within HyperlinkManage partnership and sponsorship negotiationsFollow operational SOPs and strive to enhance their effectivenessNegotiation with artists, media and entertainment partners, venues, agencies among others.Working to develop journey-thinking as a core skill in order to plan basis actual consumer experience journeyEvaluating the results and final outcome / impact of all activities.Ensuring a qualitative approach and evaluation across projectsProject budget management and P&L buildingClient Servicing
Leading key accounts and working towards delivering on clients objectivesUnderstand client’s brand values and delivering solutions through experiential suggestionsManaging client relationships on projects as well as managing client needs and expectationsBuilding decks and proposals, both financial and creative in collaboration with various teams at Hyperlink.Creating project trackers and managing timelines to ensure impeccable execution of client deliverablesWork with sales, creative, brand experiences and design teams during RFP process to assist with building experiential related presentations for clientsTeam structure-Reporting to Group Head / HOD Required Qualification
Experience & skills :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.8+ Yrs proven creative strategy and project management experience.Strong relationship & connect with marketing professionals / brand managers / decision makers among the corporate & agencies.Understanding of brands & their needs to connect with consumers / target audienceHas exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel despite tight deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint is a mustExperience in crafting narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long range strategic partnershipsHighly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships
