Job description

About the role :

The role requires the ability to understanding client business objectives with reference to cultures & sub-cultures and pivot these into appropriate consumer experience solutions. This will be enabled by a high degree of collaboration within the Hyperlink team to develop partnerships internally with Concept, Design, Innovation, Content and Productions teams.

Core Experience Strategy

  • Develop new concepts and ideas basis client and internal briefs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of existing IPs and events while developing and building for the future
  • Analyze the market – understand users demand / gaps;

competitor analysis

  • Holistic approach to strategy, inclusive of digital experience, on ground experiences and content.
  • Create more user scenarios based on the experience strategy and maximize the task and output – in-person and digitally.
  • Build eco-systems within IPs with a solve for clients, consumer demands and product / services, while keeping in mind industry trends, plans and calendars.
  • Keeping abreast of culture and industry trends
  • Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general and music in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements.
  • Planning and Management

  • Create and execute high quality events of all scales in collaboration with various teams within Hyperlink
  • Manage partnership and sponsorship negotiations
  • Follow operational SOPs and strive to enhance their effectiveness
  • Negotiation with artists, media and entertainment partners, venues, agencies among others.
  • Working to develop journey-thinking as a core skill in order to plan basis actual consumer experience journey
  • Evaluating the results and final outcome / impact of all activities.
  • Ensuring a qualitative approach and evaluation across projects
  • Project budget management and P&L building
  • Client Servicing

  • Leading key accounts and working towards delivering on clients objectives
  • Understand client’s brand values and delivering solutions through experiential suggestions
  • Managing client relationships on projects as well as managing client needs and expectations
  • Building decks and proposals, both financial and creative in collaboration with various teams at Hyperlink.
  • Creating project trackers and managing timelines to ensure impeccable execution of client deliverables
  • Work with sales, creative, brand experiences and design teams during RFP process to assist with building experiential related presentations for clients
  • Team structure-Reporting to Group Head / HOD Required Qualification

    Experience & skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.
  • 8+ Yrs proven creative strategy and project management experience.
  • Strong relationship & connect with marketing professionals / brand managers / decision makers among the corporate & agencies.
  • Understanding of brands & their needs to connect with consumers / target audience
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel despite tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Experience in crafting narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long range strategic partnerships
  • Highly customer oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships
