Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with internal teams, preparing regular reports on account status, identifying and growing opportunities within the current client base, and assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Issue Resolution skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
