Human Resources Intern

Creykid Toys & Games Pvt Ltd is hiring a HR Recruiter Intern to support our growing hiring needs.

The role focuses completely on talent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination .

✨ Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing (Primary Responsibility)

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, , and other platforms

Use keywords and filters to identify suitable profiles

Build and maintain a strong candidate database

2. Screening & Shortlisting

Call and screen candidates for eligibility and communication

Share shortlisted profiles with department heads

Clearly explain job roles and company details to candidates

3. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews across departments

Ensure daily follow-ups with candidates

Maintain a minimum target of 5–6 interviews scheduled per day

4. Reporting & Documentation

Update recruitment sheets daily (Google Sheets)

Maintain accurate call logs, pipeline status, and interview outcomes

Prepare simple daily / weekly recruitment reports

Requirements

Freshers / Students interested in hiring & recruitment

Strong communication skills in English & Tamil

Confident in calling and coordinating with candidates

Good organisational and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs

On-site role (Chennai)
