Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Ads Specialist based in Jaipur . The Social Media Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and others. The role involves creating compelling ad creatives, managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring maximum ROI. Daily responsibilities include audience targeting, ad copy creation, A / B testing, analytics reporting, and staying abreast of the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Paid Social Media Marketing and Ad Campaign Management
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager , LinkedIn Ads , and Google Ads
• Proficiency in Campaign Optimization , Audience Segmentation , and Conversion Tracking
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience using Google Analytics , Meta Insights , or similar tools
• Excellent Copywriting and Creative Ideation abilities
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to work with creative and marketing teams
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications , or a related field is preferred
