About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative UI / UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and enhance UI / UX for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement

innovative solutions.

Maintain and improve design systems and component libraries.

Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in UI / UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design work.

Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise software.

Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.

Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.

Knowledge of Agile development :
