EUC Senior Architect

Responsibilities :

Proven track record of designing highly complex global architecture designs.

Experience of participating in complex global projects, processes, and systems.

Create documentation including customer proposals on a range of technical services as required.

Proactive support of pre-sales and bid processes where required.

Delivery of technical workshops for internal and client / prospect / partner personnel.

Assists knowledge management by ensuring an environment conducive to exchanging and sharing knowledge internally and externally is maintained.

Liaise with other client's personnel to ensure process and procedure is continually improved. Ensures feedback on all procedures and systems is escalated to appropriate levels and followed through to ensure implementation is carried out.

Is flexible and must be willing to travel throughout the America and Europe when requested.

Additional Responsibilities :

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

Extensive IT experience, with a significant amount of time spent in an engineering or architecture role in EUC (Windows, O365, SharePoint, MDM, Intune.)

End User Experience Design, Designing seamless digital workplace experiences, Persona-based workspace delivery and application profiling, Workspace and Device Management, etc.
