What will your challenge be
- Own and lead the math behind our slot games, ensuring engaging, profitable, and regulation-compliant experiences for global markets, especially the US Class III segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, simulate, and validate game mechanics and performance metrics.
What will you do Day-to-Day
Design original math models for slot games including base games, features, bonuses, and progressive systems.Prototype and refining game mechanics, payout structures, and volatility curves with designers and producers.Build simulations to validate KPIs : hit frequency, RTP, volatility, max exposure, etc.Validate models through large-scale simulations (millions / billions of spins).Provide mathematical documentation for regulatory submissions (GLI, BMM, etc.).Partner with QA to ensure functional testing aligns with math expectations.Collaborate with art and animation teams to align math with visual storytelling.Analyze competitor math models for benchmarking.Work with data teams post-launch to evaluate real-world performance.What are we looking for in you
3+ years of experience designing math models for slot games.Expert-level understanding of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, and game balancing.Strong experience using Excel, Python, or C# for simulations and validation.Familiarity with US land-based market requirements (GLI-11, Nevada, etc.).Deep understanding of RTP, hit rate, bonus frequency, and volatility tiers.Ability to present game math logic to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary game teams.Strong teamwork and communication skills.What adds extra value
