Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales) to join our team at Xicom Technologies, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound strategies and closing deals for web and mobile application development projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate leads through outbound channels (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
Pitch IT services related to web and mobile app development to international clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Prepare sales proposals, follow-ups, and closures effectively
Requirements :
2–8 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably in the IT services domain)
Proven experience in selling web and mobile app development services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms
