Product Development Manager / Project Delivery Head – Recruitment Software (Independent Consultant)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Delivery Head to lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms . You will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects

Architect and implement AI-driven modules (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)

Overhaul and optimize existing PHP / MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders / functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones

Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists

Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices

Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery

Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS , and related frameworks

Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory

Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time

Exposure to AI / ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms

Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) is a plus

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
