Are you passionate about creating inclusive spaces through impactful events? Were looking for a driven and organized Intern to support a series of disability inclusion-focused initiatives over a 3.5-month internship within our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team.
The candidate will play a key role in planning and executing events and campaigns that foster awareness, allyship, and accessibility. This role will specifically focus on disability inclusion and involve work on key observances and projects .
Role Intern- Happiness- 6 months
Location - Bangalore

- Men's Day and other inclusion-aligned initiatives
- You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive visibility, engagement, and impact across these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end planning and execution of inclusion-focused eventsCoordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partnersAssist in content creation, logistics, communication, and post-event reportingTrack timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless executionBring fresh, creative ideas to promote disability inclusion and awarenessSkills Required
Strong event management and project coordination skillsProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelinesPrior experience in organizing events (college fests, campaigns, or corporate engagements)Excellent verbal and written communicationHigh level of ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindsetInterest or experience in disability inclusion or social impact initiatives is a strong advantage
