Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely, professional communication.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams across social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, design, and development.
  • Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor campaign progress and client satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Assist in preparing client pitches and proposals to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide informed insights and innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and design / development coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
