Job description6+ years building and scaling high-performance distributed systems. Strong hands-on coding skills (C++ / Go / Java / Python). Deep understanding of systems architecture, algorithms, indexing, and performance engineering. Ability to dive deep into technical details while shaping long-term architecture. Experience with large-scale data platforms is a plus. Build the backbone of AI agents that can understand user intent, search enterprise data, and generate insights in seconds. Solve some of the hardest problems in search, distributed computing, and real-time analytics. Work with a team grounded in selfless excellence , continuous learning, and strong technical rigor. Senior Member of technical staff – Search & AI Systems
We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Architect who can design and build the core engines powering AI agents, natural language relational search, large-scale indexing, ranking, and real-time data exploration.
What you’ll own
- Architect and lead major systems powering AI-driven search and agentic workflows.
- Drive end-to-end design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance improvements.
- Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team with a strong execution mindset.
- Work closely with product, design, and ML teams to deliver intelligent, reliable systems at scale.
