Job description

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Architect, you will act as the strategic control center of IT, ensuring that

the organization's IT landscape evolves in alignment with business goals. You will be

responsible for the holistic orchestration of IT and business processes, guiding technology

decisions, and establishing architectural standards that drive innovation, efficiency, and

compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic IT Steering : Design and manage the enterprise architecture roadmap in

alignment with corporate strategy, ensuring scalability, agility, and sustainability.

  • Architecture Governance : Lead governance processes for technology selection, software

    • implementation, and compliance (e.g., AI regulations, data protection, industry

    standards).

  • Process & Standards Development : Define and enforce architectural principles, reusable

    • frameworks, and centralized standards to eliminate redundancies and promote

    consistency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with executive leadership, IT management, and

    • business units to translate strategic goals into actionable IT initiatives.

  • Project Enablement : Ensure architectural readiness and support for major

    • transformation programs (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, cloud migration, AI integration).

  • Technology Advisory : Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies, integration

    • strategies, and digital innovation opportunities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar strategic IT role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies, terminologies and

    • frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate)

  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), application

    • landscapes and deployment technologies (e.g. OCI, K8s, CI / CD)

  • Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP S / 4HANA) and business process modeling
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business acumen

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF or equivalent certification
  • Experience in digital transformation and AI / ML integration
  • Background in software development or solution architecture
  • Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, and API management
