Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in Ahmedabad, India , or for those who are willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK .

Experience : 5-7 years

CTC : INR 15-20 LPA

Location : On-site (Ahmedabad)

Time : 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 30 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities :

Lead gathering and documentation of client requirements, involving business analysis and process mapping (on-site or remote).

Convert requirements into technical / functional design; review / approve designs from other consultants / support analysts.

Configure Odoo modules and ensure software meets business needs.

Collaborate with development & QA teams for unit & regression testing.

Provide end-user training & internal mentoring / upskilling of junior team members.

Import and review legacy and master data; ensure data integrity.

Communicate with project managers, stakeholders and regularly report project status.

Provide second-line support via helpdesk for client issues.

Participate in client demos / presales with Business Development, where needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Strong experience with Odoo; must understand ERP systems broadly.

Skilled in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), client-facing, and stakeholder management.

Able to handle multiple work streams and deliver high-quality work under project budgets and timelines.
