To lead and shape simulation-driven product development, ensuring the accuracy of predictive models and optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead simulation efforts in NPD, VAVE, and LCM projects, ensuring that digital tools and predictive engineering methods forecast performance and lifespan accurately.
- Oversee the creation of simulation models that predict the structural integrity of products, providing insights that influence product development and validation.
- Develop advanced structural solutions to quantitatively assess and conclude on structural integrity life of products that are in design
- Oversee and guide development and maturation of high-fidelity simulation models for various Adv Dev, NPD, and VAVE initiatives of consumer appliances and lighting products .
- Review the outcomes, propose design improvements with respect to cost, quality, and performance.
- Implement multi-year roadmaps for simulation load-cases development utilizing emerging technologies as AI and ML
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing simulation processes to achieve FTR outcomes, on-time delivery, and improved turnaround times.

Structural Simulations : MTech in Design / Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace EngineeringCFD Simulations : MTech in Thermal / Heat Power / Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace EngineeringEXPERIENCE
10-15 years of experience in Digital simulation and virtual validationStrong expertise Structural / Flow simulations. Exposure to multiphysics simulations like Strength Durability, Flow Thermal, NVH, Optimization and coupled simulations is preferredProven technical leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team membersProficiency in DFSS methodologies and problem-solving tools techniques is desirableCERTIFICATIONS
