About the Role
We're seeking high agency individuals with a bias for action. As a part of the founder's office, your role will involve undertaking new initiatives, implement strategies from the ground-up & improve existing operations across various departments.
This will be a high impact role, which will require the ability to pursue multiple adventures at a time. If you are someone with t-shaped skills which spread across strategy, GTM, customer success & operations then you'll be a good fit for this role.
Responsibilities
Executing New Initiatives : You'll be expected to do preliminary research, groundwork & execution for new initiatives across marketing, product & customer success. Ensuring zero to one of these new initiatives.
Overseeing GTM : Working with the founders and GTM teams to see oversee execution of new GTM initiatives.
Improving Customer Facing Functions : This role will require closely working with customer success, support & pentest functions with an intention to improve customer experience. This will require deeply understanding the processes of customer facing teams, identifying gaps and working on designing solutions which fill these gaps. Further, liaisoning with product team to ensure solutions are implemented and measuring the impact of the solutions via customer happiness.
Developing Playbooks : You'll be required to closely work with various departments, and help them develop playbooks which make their processes scalable & repeatable.
Operational Support to Founders : Providing support to streamline operations, which will involve optimizing workflows, managing teams effectively, and ensuring processes are efficient and scalable.
Financial Analysis & Reporting : Preparing MIS, gathering data across departments and deriving insights from data.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Collaborating across various functions including marketing, product, customer success, sales & pentest.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a founder
Ability to think AI-first
Hands-on experience in creating & executing processes with a high usage of automation
A degree in management (MBA) or consulting experience
Knowledge of cybersecurity or computer science / IT engineering background would be preferred.
Prior experience working in founder's office role or a dynamic role which required taking a dive into multiple areas of a SaaS business
