Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (U.S Shift) Mon - Fri

100% Onsite Role

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various industry requirements and possess excellent skills in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and building a robust talent pipeline to support our diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track the efficiency of hiring processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to attract the best talent.
