A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field is ideal; professional experience in academic publishing, technical writing, or scientific communication signals fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'—is essential. Fluency in Russian is required.
