Accounts Executive
We are looking for an experienced and qualified accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial analysis and advice to support the management and growth of our organisation.
Position : 1
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Maintain general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and file tax returns on time
- Conduct internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and managers
- Keep abreast of accounting standards, best practices, and industry developments
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in a similar roleProfessional accounting certification from ICAI or ICAI or equivalentProficient in accounting software and MS Office applicationsExcellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulationsStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and interpersonal skillsYou can share this if you know someone who is also interested.
