About the Role
The NDT Sales Engineer identifies and secures new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires technical expertise in NDT methods to provide product knowledge, technical support, and solutions that meet the specific needs of clients across various industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, oil and gas, and power generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for UT and ECT systems.
Generate new leads and opportunities through client visits, cold calls, networking, and participation in industry events.
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, OEMs, EPC contractors, and testing service providers.
Prepare and deliver detailed techno-commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic planning.
Required Skills
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials at customer sites or demo labs.
Understand customer applications in weld inspection, thickness gauging, flaw detection, crack detection, conductivity testing, etc.
Collaborate with application specialists to design customer-specific solutions.
Support customers in proof-of-concept studies and validation of inspection methods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and commercial stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and contract-closing skills.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Materials Engineering, 5-10 Years
