Accountant Cum Admin Executive

About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant- New Zealand to join our growing team. This role is focused exclusively on bookkeeping tasks for New Zealand-based clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with local standards.Key Responsibilities : Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.Record financial transactions and maintain accurate supporting documentation.Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting tasks.Reconcile intercompany and client accounts.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of bookkeeping services.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role (preferably with NZ clients).Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.What We Offer : Competitive salary Day shift : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM.Exposure to international bookkeeping standards and tools.Supportive team environment and ongoing learning opportunities.
