We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Producer with experience in video production to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in content creation, research, journalism or production, with a strong background in podcasting and video storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging podcast episodes from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
  • Coordinate all aspects of podcast production, including scriptwriting, recording sessions, editing, sound design, and post-production.
  • Oversee video production podcast episodes, including filming, editing, and post-production to create visually compelling content.
  • Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute seamless productions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the production value and audience engagement of our podcasts and videos.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers as needed.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Media Studies, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in content creation and production, with a focus on podcasting and video production.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual and auditory detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring innovative formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with live streaming and remote recording technologies is a plus.
  • Experience working with brand solutions and branded content is a major plus.
  • Understanding of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity a plus.
