Job description

We are looking for a Python Developer Intern with strong foundational programming skills and the ability to work across backend systems, APIs, databases, and Linux environments. This role involves contributing to microservices, real-time communication modules, and AI-related components.

Internship Duration : 6 Months - Followed by PPO

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain backend components using Python and FastAPI.
  • Work with REST APIs, request / response flows, and middleware.
  • Perform basic Linux operations, scripting, and environment setup.
  • Work with MongoDB for CRUD operations and document data modeling.
  • Manage virtual environments using pip / conda and handle package dependencies.
  • Contribute to microservices development and containerized deployments using Docker.
  • Collaborate with the team on debugging, error handling, and async programming tasks.

Required Skills

  • Python Programming : Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, error handling, and basic async programming.
  • FastAPI / Web Frameworks : Hands-on experience building REST APIs and understanding request / response cycles.
  • Linux / Unix : Ability to work with bash commands, file systems, package management, and conda environments.
  • NoSQL / MongoDB : Experience with CRUD operations, indexing basics, and document-based data modeling.
  • Virtual Environments : Good understanding of pip, conda, and environment isolation.
  • Microservices & Docker : Basic understanding of service-oriented architecture and containerization

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Machine Learning / PyTorch : Familiarity with tensors, model loading, and foundational ML concepts.
  • WebSockets / Real-time Communication : Experience with async workflows for camera streaming and real-time systems.
  • Computer Vision – OpenCV : Knowledge of image processing, transformations, and basic vision algorithms.
  • Hardware Integration : Exposure to working with cameras, sensors, or robotics hardware.
