The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation of solutions.Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning strategies to meet them.Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to drive success.Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the client experience.Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.Benefits :

Qualifications :
Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer support (3+ years preferred).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.Data-driven mindset with experience tracking client performance and KPIs.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.The Employer
