Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation of solutions.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning strategies to meet them.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to drive success.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the client experience.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer support (3+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking client performance and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools.
  • Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
