Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketer to join our Pune office.

You will be responsible for selling JobTalk.ai — an AI Voice Agent built for Recruiters — to staffing and recruiting companies in the US.

This role involves outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and occasionally giving product demos to interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to staffing and recruiting firms across the US.
• Present and pitch JobTalk.ai , our AI-powered voice agent that helps recruiters make hundreds of calls in minutes.
• Schedule qualified demos and appointments for the sales team — and conduct product demos yourself when required.
• Maintain detailed call logs, prospect notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed daily / weekly call and appointment goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
