Hiring : Accounts Executive – THE BARBEQUE LOUNGE | Chennai (OMR)

At The Barbeque Lounge , we’re passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences that blend great food, good times, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our restaurant and resto bar.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable , vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (sales summary, expense tracking, P&L statements).
Coordinate with management for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control .
Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are filed on time.
Manage payroll and staff expense reimbursements.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and suppliers when required.
Monitor inventory, food costs, and bar stock accounting in coordination with the operations team.
Support the management with financial analysis for decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance .

3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B / hospitality industry .

Hands-on experience with Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems .

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting .

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
