Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can blend design precision with strategic storytelling — someone who can turn complex financial insights into powerful visual experiences.
You’ll work across Neo’s most visible brand and business initiatives — from long-form content and product design to event branding and AV content — ensuring a consistent, premium identity across every touchpoint.
This role demands both creative instinct and process discipline : a designer who can think, execute, and elevate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for business and product collaterals — presentations, whitepapers, client notes, and investor decks.
- Design layouts, infographics, and visual narratives for long-form and multimedia content.
- Create high-quality digital assets for AVs, podcasts, and event promotions .
- Support UI / UX and mobile-first design for microsites, internal tools, and digital experiences.
- Leverage AI-based design tools (Mid journey, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) for faster, smarter creative workflows.
- Stay ahead of global design trends , ensuring Neo’s brand remains contemporary and distinct.
- Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and digital teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.
- Oversee print sampling and production quality checks for premium outputs.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of design experience, ideally with exposure to luxury, premium, or financial brands .Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.Highly comfortable with using AI design platforms – image-gen, video-gen, and as well other platforms for presentations, graphic layouts, landing pages etc.Solid understanding of typography, grid systems, and brand storytelling .Comfortable designing for both print and digital platforms.Strong sense of aesthetics suited for high-net-worth and institutional audiences .Ability to juggle multiple deliverables with precision and speed.Ideal Candidate
