Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in aerospace manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for authoring build plans, creating installation processes in CAPP / MES, and driving process improvements in alignment with aerospace industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Author build plans for aircraft structural assemblies, systems, and payloads.
Create installation plans in CAPP / MES and author assembly work instructions.
Lead the implementation of standard work practices in assembly operations for Boeing or similar aerospace products.
Review, audit, and ensure compliance of prevailing installation plans with defined quality standards.
Continuously drive improvements in assembly processes and workflows.
Apply critical thinking and innovative problem-solving in manufacturing operations.
Support the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
Assist in conceptual design development and maintenance of program architecture for builds.
Execute design for manufacturing (DFM) and producibility studies for new product introductions.
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with company quality management system (QMS) requirements.
Collaborate with IPTs and internal stakeholders to develop products and enhance technical capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
4–6 years of relevant work experience in the aerospace industry, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
Strong experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Assembly processes.
Proven expertise in authoring manufacturing plans and work instructions.
Proficiency in drawing interpretation and GD&T.
Knowledge of aerospace materials and associated processes.
Familiarity with CAPP / MES, IPDM, and related manufacturing execution systems.
Exposure to commercial aircraft platforms preferred.
CATIA / NX modeling experience is an added advantage.
Experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
