Role Overview We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our Liquid Section. You will be responsible for overseeing the production processes of liquid medicines, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manufacturing Operations : Manage and oversee the production of liquid pharmaceutical products.
- Quality Control : Ensure all liquid products meet quality standards and GMP guidelines.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production activities and batch documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance : Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.Experience :Minimum of 2 years in a production chemist role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills :Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles.
Proficient in using production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Personal Traits :Detail-oriented and organized.
