Ensure adherence to FSU and IPR guidelines in line with GPDS Milestones and program VPP targets.
Analyze and interpret engineering / program direction letters to accurately process data into WERS (Ford's Bill of Material (BOM) Release database).
Liaise with Engineering to verify data accuracy before BOM release.
Utilize color charts to apply correct color codes for part numbers in line with program direction letters.
Maintain 100% BOM accuracy and quality for prototype and production builds through various audit methods, including Surrogate comparison and Structure Audit.
Perform Tree Chart analysis to identify missing or additional usage for part numbers within a commodity.
Maintain BOM structures in WERS for bailment parts, in-house assemblies, and cross-plant shipments.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing for accurate structuring and release of bailment / cross-plant ship parts.
Conduct efficient Release Analysis to ensure 100% accurate releases in WERS.
Support PPM launch activities for new programs, coordinating with all PPM work streams.
Qualifications :
BE / B.Tech degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
