3Desired Experience Range - 4-4 Yrs

4Location of Requirement - Pune

5Billingual Required (Y / N) - If Yes - Japanese Level (N1-N2)

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Japanese Language skill(Can join to the Japanese meeting alone , Japanese writing skills at N2 level)

2. Can work on Japan time zone.

3. Experience in Help Desk & L1 suppport operation (Ticket triaging & coordination with stakeholders)

Pharma Domain experience

Good-to-Have

1. ITIL

2. Basic HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL

3. Good Communication & stakeholder Management skills

4. Eagerness to pick-up new technologies

5. Using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow
