Application Lead

Summary :

Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitate discussions to address challenges, and guide the team through the development process. Engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring applications meet user needs and technical specifications. Balance technical oversight with team management to foster innovation and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
