Role Description

One Health Assist is seeking an experienced and result-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving insurance sales, managing key client relationships, and delivering high standards of customer service.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and offering customized insurance solutions, with a strong focus on health insurance products. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless sales execution, long-term partnerships, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow insurance sales across assigned markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance brokerages, and key stakeholders

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, particularly health insurance products

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of client concerns

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates

• Stay updated with insurance regulations, products, and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes

• Proven experience in insurance brokerage and client relationship management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships

• Proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment

• Relevant certifications or formal training in insurance sales or brokerage will be an added advantage
