Job Description – Executive - Concierge

As a Concierge Executive, you will be part of the lifestyle management team, assisting members with

their daily requests and delivering high-quality, personalized service.

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day member requests, including restaurant reservations, travel bookings, gifting,

event ticketing, and deliveries.

Assist in curating unique lifestyle experiences and fulfilling personalized requirements.

Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system and maintain member profiles with preferences and

feedback.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver services within agreed

timelines.

Support in resolving service-related issues with professionalism and prompt follow-up.

Maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of client service.

Required Qualifications

Possess 1-2 years of experience in Front office, Concierge

Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages are

advantageous.

Work background in any of the following sectors / areas : Personal Assistant, Guest Relations,

Lifestyle, luxury travel & leisure.

Knowledge in handling executives, senior executives & VIP’s.

Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the luxury lifestyle and concierge industry.
