Key Responsibilities :

Develop and communicate a shared technical vision to ensure system or solution meets its intended purpose.
Embrace leadership roles, contribute to vision and roadmap, and work directly with product teams to implement enablers.
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure fitness for purpose.
Enable continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps.
Plan and develop architectural roadmap / plans.
Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions.
Work with product and solution management to determine capacity allocation.
Establish critical NFRs at the solution level.
Provide oversight and input to high-level and detailed design of infrastructure, interfaces, extensions, and workflows.

Lean agile and SAFe mindset - Advocates for and leads others in concepts of agile manifesto and lean thinking.

Regulatory risk compliance management - Evaluates design and effectiveness of controls against established industry frameworks and regulations.

Release planning - Plans and manages release of capabilities, features, or products.

System solution architecture - Creates solution designs and patterns using Cummins Technical Reference Model (CTRM), CLEAN standards, and existing reference patterns.

Benefits :

9+ years of relevant work experience required.

Experience in systems engineering, including supervisory experience, utilizing broad knowledge base in fundamental IT skills and modern development and deployment practices preferred.

Hands-on experience as an enterprise IT architect preferred.

Others :

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject required.

Google, AWS, Azure, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, CompTIA, and other Cloud Development Certifications preferred.
