Responsibilities :
1) Marketing Communications :
Coordinate with advertising agencies and marketing managers for the design
review and finalization of marketing artwork for campaigns initiatives events
whitepapers and other deliverables.
Ensure all marketing communications align with global brand guidelines product
portfolio needs and campaign objectives.
2) Marketing Materials Management :
Maintain inventory and ensure the timely dispatch of marketing materials for
events conferences internal activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to strengthen alignment on
marketing collaterals for nationwide utilization.
Oversee the procurement of marketing materials and coordinate with the finance
team to ensure timely payments.
3) Event Management :
Colead the planning execution and postevent analysis including
communication for major conferences trade shows and seminars by working
closely with marketing managers.
Manage onsite and virtual event logistics including booth design material
preparation and lead capture in collaboration with marketing managers.
Ensure adherence to followup workflows by coordinating with internal
stakeholders and external partners.
4) Vendor Management :
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations
including managing documentation for contracts approvals and payments.
Periodically analyze vendor performance and identify opportunities for efficiency
to maintain a competitive edge and ensure brand excellence.
5) Marketing Analytics & Reporting :
Compile analyze and present periodic marketing performance reports to the
Marketing and Commercial teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns providing
insights and recommendations based on data trends to support strategic
decisions.
Performance Measurements :
Ontime execution of Thermo Fisher events & marketing material dispatches
Inventory management efficiency (e.g. zero stockouts).
Timely design and delivery of marketing artwork in collaboration with advertising
agencies.
Vendor ontime delivery rate and cost adherence.
Qualification and Skills :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing with strong written and
verbal communication skills.
Travel Required : Up to 40%
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) data analytics platforms (e.g.
Power BI) and knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua Marketo).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
and meet deadlines.
Experience working closely with agencies and vendors is preferred.
