Role Description : Full-Time Technical Educator (On-site, Kolkata)
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Educator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to simplify complex concepts and provide hands-on training to students preparing for careers in science and engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Delivery : Teach and develop comprehensive course material in core Physics, Electronics, and foundational Engineering subjects.
- Practical Training : Conduct laboratory sessions and demonstrations, focusing on practical application of electronic components, circuits, and instrumentation.
- Student Mentoring : Provide individualized academic counseling and problem-solving sessions to enhance student comprehension and preparation.
- Content Creation : Develop clear, high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, video scripts, and competitive exam practice materials.
- Assessment : Design and administer tests and analyze student performance data to continuously improve teaching methodologies.
Qualifications & Preferred Profile
Education (Highly Preferred) : Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electronic Science or M.Sc. Physics (candidates with a specialization in solid-state, condensed matter, or quantum physics are highly valued).Education (Minimum) : Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics or Electronic Science from a top institution.Institute Preference : Graduates from Jadavpur University (JU) or IIEST Shibpur are strongly encouraged to apply.Core Expertise : Deep, verifiable knowledge in fundamental Quantum Mechanics, Solid-State Physics, Semiconductor Devices, and Advanced Electronic Systems (both Analog and Digital).Experience : Proven ability to teach, train, or present complex technical information effectively to a non-specialist audience (e.g., training engineers, teaching undergraduates, or leading workshops).Soft Skills : Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly and engagingly.Attitude : Passion for knowledge transfer, attention to technical detail, and commitment to the success of an R&D team.
