Job description

Wealthy Nivesh, founded by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, and ISB Hyderabad, is a SEBI-registered wealth management platform headquartered in Mumbai. We combine financial expertise with cuttingedge technology to deliver seamless investment experiences across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products. We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Product / Business Analyst, you will :

  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Maintain and update the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with operations, advisors, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the tech team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical requirements.
  • Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stay updated on fintech / wealthtech trends to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
  • Curiosity about fintech, wealth management, and process automation.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
