Job Title : Sales Coach – B2B (Elevator Industry)

Location : Mumbai (with extensive travel across India)

About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to drive sales capability and performance across India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B sales background who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and enabling sales teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor regional sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct sales capability assessments and deliver customized training interventions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align coaching with strategic goals.
  • Travel extensively across India to support on-ground sales teams.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, elevators, or capital goods.
  • Proven experience in sales coaching, training, or enablement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work from the client’s Mumbai office.
  • Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
