Role Overview
Navigate the intricacies of network infrastructure and services as a Technical Support Specialist. We seek an expert in troubleshooting, cloud solutions, and software maintenance to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze customer incidents, examining product or system issues and resolve them efficiently. Collaborate with engineering teams to debug and track issues, ensuring timely resolution. Provide level 1 / 2 support on NIKSUN products, engaging with clients through live sessions. Manage incident severity standards, escalating unresolved cases to Tier 3 when necessary.
Requirements :
Must possess 3 years of DevOps support experience, with proficiency in programming languages (preferably shell scripting). Experience in testing and maintaining software products, cloud computing (Kubernetes, Docker, YAML), and providing technical support to global clients is essential.
We value professionals who excel in communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing, with certifications in Linux, Cisco, and Network and Information Security a plus.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering discipline is required.
