US HR Specialist

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in US HR and immigration within a staffing / recruitment firm.
• In-depth knowledge of US visa categories, USCIS processes, and HR compliance requirements .
• Hands-on experience with OPT / CPT candidates and H-1B processing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work US shift hours as required.
