the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to strengthen and expand strategic client partnerships. This role involves managing key accounts end-to-end, driving customer satisfaction, enabling revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of our IT, embedded, and semiconductor engineering services.
Key & Relationship Management :
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term strategic client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain continuous communication with client stakeholders.
Growth & Revenue Enablement :
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the IT services portfolio.Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.Contribute to new business development efforts by participating in proposals, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.Delivery Coordination :
Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.Track ongoing project performance, resolve escalations, and maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.Sales & Engagement Activities :
Support and execute targeted sales campaigns and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and events to strengthen engagement.Skills & Experience Required :
5-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within IT services, preferably embedded systems, semiconductor, or engineering services domains.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage international clients, preferably US or other global markets.Technical understanding of embedded systems and semiconductor technologies is highly preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
