Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Plant Operations to oversee Plant operations including Production and Planning activities across multiple SKUs and locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain planning, plant Operations - production, exports, CFA operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and production planning. Exposure to FMCG / Food Processing is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage supply chain planning including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Operations planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning, and movement of multiple SKUs across regions and warehouse management (including 3PL operations).
Manage plant operations and production, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders (local & export) while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee inventory management for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Develop and monitor production plans in alignment with demand forecasts from sales & marketing.
Oversee CFA operations in coordination with warehouses and logistics managers to ensure timely dispatches and adherence to service levels.
Optimize line efficiency, yield, and shift planning across multiple plants or units.
Coordinate with multiple departments – production, sales, marketing, logistics, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, quality, and housekeeping.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization.
Monitor key supply chain and operations KPIs, analyse data, and implement continuous improvements.

Education : MBA / PGDM in Supply chain Planning, management or Operations is highly preferable.

Experience :

15 years in supply chain management, planning, plant operations, and manufacturing in FMCG / Food (handling multiple units / SKUs).

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning - Demand Planning, Operations planning, Production Planning, PPC (Production Planning & Coordination), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning, and movement of multiple SKUs across regions and warehouse management (3PL operations), line efficiency and ERP systems.

Experience in warehousing, CFA operations, logistics, inventory management, and transportation planning.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Ability to manage large teams across multiple plants.

The incumbent should be based in Hyderabad.

Language : Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

Skills & Competencies :

Proven ability to manage Supply Chain and operations of multiple SKU's at scale.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Capability to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, S / 4HANA, or equivalent) and MS Office is preferable.
