Program Manager - Sales

Job descriptionOwn end-to-end execution of strategic sales programs and initiatives across regions / segments. Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables. Drive adoption of sales enablement tools, CRM enhancements, and process improvements. Track sales performance against KPIs (revenue, pipeline health, conversion, customer acquisition costs). Generate dashboards and insights to guide sales leadership on performance trends and areas for improvement. Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting. Work closely with Marketing to align demand-generation campaigns with sales initiatives. Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate quotas, incentives, and compensation plans . Collaborate with Product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development. Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems within the sales team. Design and run training programs, playbooks, and enablement resources. Act as a bridge between frontline sales and leadership, ensuring alignment and smooth execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or sales strategy . Strong understanding of sales processes, and data analytics . Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets,SQL, or similar tools .
