Role Description

Interpret

client briefs

and translate them into

innovative ,

Vaastu-compliant ,

context-appropriate

concepts.

Lead and mentor a

team of junior architects, draftsmen, and interns .

Develop

design concepts , feasibility studies, and schematic layouts.

Review team drawings and ensure

accuracy, technical clarity, and clean detailing .

Prepare and finalize

construction drawings (GFC sets) .

Coordinate with

MEP, structural, and project management

teams for design alignment.

Participate in

client meetings , capture design requirements, present solutions, and lead revisions.

Ensure all deliverables comply with

building regulations and statutory norms .

Conduct

site visits

to verify design intent and resolve technical queries.

Maintain

project timelines , drawing logs, and version control.

Support BOQ preparation and material specifications with the execution team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Minimum 3 - 4+ years experience

in an architecture firm.

Prior experience leading or supervising a team

(mandatory).

Ability to handle

client interaction , consultant coordination, and design reviews.

Strong project ownership, accountability, and time management.
