Implementation Specialist – Delivery Operations

What You’ll Bring

Experience : 1–3 years of SaaS Implementation or Delivery experience, preferably in

CRM, or ERP systems.

Education : BE / B.Tech, or Graduation with MBA (MBA preferred).

Skills :

Strong understanding of SaaS implementation workflows and client

coordination.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into product

implementation.

Highly organized and accountable, capable of independently managing assigned

client portfolios and deliverables.
